Max oversees end-to-end operations for Olamis’s K-12 solutions across all 50 states, leading the cross-functional teams that design, deliver, and support the platform for public districts, private schools, and homeschool families.

Over more than 35 years in technology and operations, he has directed large-scale global programs — including a worldwide industrial-automation initiative and the industry’s first AI-driven coffee-blending knowledge system — and held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Apple, and vTx, running multi-site, multicultural operations. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Philip is a technology executive and former IBM inventor with more than 30 years across military communications, enterprise wireless, and AI. During fifteen years at IBM he served as a Field CTO for major utility clients and Competency Principal for Pervasive Computing, and led the U.S. Utilities WatsonX Challenge.

He holds five issued U.S. patents, earned IBM’s Inventor First Plateau Award, and was recognized inside IBM as a “Wild Duck” — its term, dating to Thomas Watson, for nonconformist inventors — for advances in RFID direction detection, wireless-LAN optimization, and distributed bandwidth sharing. Certified in Cognitive AI and Trustworthy AI & Ethics, he is the inventor behind the Olamis platform and a champion of accessible, transparent, ethical technology.

Gary is an engineer and systems architect whose career has focused on replacing conventional approaches with engineering frameworks that deliver measurable results. Over four decades he has designed mission-critical systems across defense, aerospace, and intelligence — including triply-redundant flight controls for the F-18, laser targeting systems, and fiber-optic infrastructure supporting U.S. intelligence operations.

After co-authoring The Invisible Element, he spent fifteen-plus years in education, engineering learning environments as deliberately as technical systems — his students earning repeated national success in NASA’s HUNCH program. That work led him to create Human Conditions Engineering™, the scientific and engineering foundation beneath Olamis AI.

Colonel Rolf C. Smith Jr., USAF (ret.), has spent six decades at the intersection of technology, cognition, and human performance. His Texas A&M master’s thesis produced one of the first computer-chess programs to compete in U.S. championship history, and his doctoral research extended AI into military decision systems.

In 1985 the Air Force Chief of Staff tasked him with making the service more innovative; he created the first military Office of Innovation in U.S. history — work recognized with the Legion of Merit. He is the author of The 7 Levels of Change, adopted as the textbook for Disney University’s Creativity & Innovation class, and founder of the School for Innovators, whose 500+ graduates span Fortune 500 companies and military commands. His multi-day Thinking Expeditions have served executive teams at IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, and Chase Manhattan.
